Property Associate

Alliance Personnel Agency - San Antonio, TX is currently working with a client in their search to fill a 8am-5pm, Property Associate position in San Antonio, TX. The pay rate is $20.00 HOURLY.

Job Description:

Your role as our Property Associate will involve managing all aspects of property transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Regular Property Inspections
• Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify necessary repairs inside the office and warehouse.
• Financial Management
• Collect security deposits and rent.
• Implement procedures for delinquent accounts.
• Tenant and Facility Management
• Manage daily operations for existing tenants.
• Coordinate lease management and maintenance
• Oversee turnkey preparations for new tenants.
• Troubleshoot and perform or schedule property repairs.
• Client Interaction
• Assist sales and marketing teams by conducting client tours and promoting the property through social media and outreach
•  Occupancy Optimization
•  Review renewals and execute occupancy optimization plans.

Education: High School

• Highschool Diploma needed

Experience: 12 months

• 1 year of experience 

Physical:

• Ability to occasionally work flexible hours exceeding 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, or 40 hours per week.
• Regular sitting for long periods of time.
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Reading video display terminals, order forms, and other written documents.
• Lifting a minimum of thirty-five (35) pounds.
• Using and accessing stairwells during emergencies.
• Using keyboards for typing and computer input.
• Hearing, speaking, and answering the office telephone system.

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills.
• Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks. 
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of anti-discrimination housing laws.
